This online training module is intended as an introduction and overview of the Incident Command System (ICS) and is the pre-requisite for the advanced level ICS training. Based on Canadian and US national standards, this course is designed as an awareness level for any personnel in a support role, either on or off site during an incident. Topics include: Incident Facilities, Incident Action Plan, Span of Control, and common responsibilities.
