Working closely with subject matter experts (SME) a technical and design team creates a diverse range of stimulating content that is relevant to the target audience. The design may include multi-media, activities, quizzes, simulations, voice, scenarios etc to keep the learner engaged and has an assessment at the end to ensure the learning outcomes have been met.
