Our professional services include:
Occupational Health and Safety Program Design and Development
The purpose of our program design is to assure that it is exclusive to the company itself. We explore the needs of the company by examining the internal operations and the employee pool to determine program needs and ultimately program goals. Throughout the program development phase we involve key employees in the growth and metamorphosis of the system. This builds awareness of the program requirements and at a latter point, a culture of safety within the organization. At the same time we focus our efforts on mentorship and learning on a continual basis to ensure the elements of the OHS program are being adopted and functioning within the context of the company's operations. Coaching for senior managers and supervisors is imperative for reinforcing cultural change and change management to aid in strategically aligning safety with the company's operational goals. Finally, learning is provided around hazard assessment, incident reporting and investigations, on-going inspections and safety meetings to name a few.
Occupational Health and Safety Program Audits
We specialize in audits for the Alberta Association for Safety Partnerships. We can perform maintenance, baseline, and certification audits.
Perception Surveys
Perception surveys provide a company with leading indicators or an idea of how effective the safety program is based on employee opinion. Once the survey is conducted, focus groups and workshops can be used to explore the areas for improvement and identify corrective action goals.
