At eCompliance we believe that all jobs can be performed safely
All incidents can be avoided
No job is worth getting hurt for
Workplace Health and Safety is everyone's responsibility
Just as it is good business to follow and implement total quality management (TQM) and continuous improvement principles to achieve zero errors or deficiencies; so it is good business to apply the same approach to strive for zero incidents. Any organization that embraces this goal will provide a healthy and safe workplace for its employees and will have improved morale, productive and will be more profitable!
It is our vision at eCompliance to assist members in their quest for "Zero Incidents". eCompliance formed "Club Zero" on the principle that the establishment of a network of organizations with the same set of OHS values will assist Canadian industries in moving towards achieving "Zero Incidents". This is accomplished through the informal sharing of knowledge and education, tracking trends and issues related to workplace injury and illness; as well as sharing interpretation of legal and technical issues, best practices and member's learning experiences.
Club Zero will offer a forum for committed organizations to improve OHS through a number of important and innovative features. Certain performance tools and services will be made available to members at discounted rated to assist in the management and measurement of their OHS program. Networking between like minded organizations and individuals generates positive attitudes to managing OHS and makes good use of shared resources; and to an extent is some of the value given back to the OHS community.
Club Zero is about openness and collaboration and over time we will add additional features and functionality to support our members. Some of the resources that we may make available are:
email News Letters
Quizzes (multiple levels and disciples)
