Albertans now have better access to information about current charges and prosecutions as they relate to Employment Standards and Occupational Health and Safety compliance. The website offers the latest information on individuals or companies that have been charged under the Employment Standards Code or Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Also featured on the web site is a video called "Beginning of Forever" featuring Alberta judges, crown prosecutors, victims and their families, describing the charges and prosecutions process (2008, 22 minutes).
